Habitat for Humanity of Morgan County is pleased to announce the approval of a $2,400 grant from South Central Indiana REMC.  The grant supported one complete Home Build Team for the current house construction project at 660 Gardner Ave., according to Joe Mills, Executive Director.  In announcing this award, Mills said, “this is a very welcomed and much-needed boost to the fund-raising for our current house build by our local Habitat for Humanity affiliate.”

Morgan County Habitat funds the vast majority of its house construction costs through the Home Builders Program. Here is an opportunity to get your church group, business or group of dedicated individuals involved in building a Habitat house and at the same time help pay for the materials needed.
