INDIVIDUAL FINANCIAL SUPPORT

You can make a tax-deductible donation to Habitat for Humanity of Morgan County in a number of ways.

• You can donate online using your credit card
• You can mail a check to the Habitat office
• You can set up an automatic donation check through your bank or online

Many individuals contribute regularly to Habitat's mission. One unique way of contributing is to make a specific contribution to Habitat upon the completion of each new house. This type of contribution not only recognizes the completion of another house, but shows determination to continue to work for the elimination of poverty housing. Another way is to join our "NAIL DRIVER'S CLUB " in which a donation is pledged for each year.  

Morgan County Habitat recently established a "LEGACY FUND ENDOWMENT" for those who wish to provide lasting and long-term financial stability into the future. 

Contributions of any amount are gratefully accepted. Contributions can be mailed to the Habitat office at P.O. Box 1929, Martinsville IN 46151. Of course, all contributions are fully tax deductible.

Some individuals choose to donate appreciated stocks to Habitat. This is a good way for a person who has had the good fortune to realize a large gain in value of their stock portfolio to save paying taxes on the capital gain and at the same time help Habitat in its mission.

Under the direction of the Board of Directors, Morgan County Habitat retains complete control over the use and distribution of donated funds in the furtherance of its mission.
