Habitat Subdivision in the Town of Paragon

Habitat for Humanity and the Town of Paragon have cooperated to develop a small subdivision within the town that contains a total of six lots. One lot already has a small house on it, leaving five vacant lots upon which Habitat is building its houses.

The town has installed sewer and water lines under the newly created Harrison Street, and Habitat is doing the final overall grading for proper drainage and constructing the paved street connecting Border and West Streets. Each lot is approximately 7,200 square feet, which will provide wide open spaces between each house. As each house is completed, Habitat will construct a sidewalk and curb along Harrison Street.
